WERENGO MEMBERS FORM CONSORTIUM TO ADVOCATE FOR IMPROVED FISHERIES GOVERNANCE IN GHANA AND THE WIDER REGION

Hen Mpoano and Friends of the Nation both WERENGO members have formed a consortium with the Environmental Justice Foundation to jointly implement a project that aims to improve fisheries governance in Ghana and the Wider Region.

The consortium urged fishers to fully comply with the directive since such measures if continued annually would result in the rejuvenation of marine fish for their benefit.
